COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION
Growing our Own Through Collaboration®
In 2016, the SRSCRO hosted the inaugural Regional Workforce Summit, which paved the way for our Career Connections forum series dedicated to the region’s key industries: manufacturing, cybersecurity, healthcare, and nuclear.
SRSCRO is committed to developing a skilled and qualified workforce to meet the needs of regional industries. Our goal is to provide local residents with the necessary skills for careers in the area by fostering collaboration between educators and employers, a concept we proudly call Growing Our Own Through Collaboration®.
